You can tailor the Supporter flat rate to include various options according to your needs. This includes, for example, backups, GDPR-conformant reporting, on-site service and an inclusive licence for central anti-virus management.
All services included in the flat rate are available to you at a monthly fixed price per end device or server. If you require additional services on a once-off basis, you will receive a discounted hourly rate as a flat rate customer.
